K.渠道时效：当天截单前交的货，要明天下午才能入到DHL仓，DHL网站会有提取信息。DHL提取货件后，会安排操作，一般2天后离港中转，
但一切以DHL实际操作为准。如清关资料如完备或收件人在当地海关有备案记录正常情况下，美国，西欧主要城市时效在4-6天，东南亚主要城市3-4天，
中东主要城市5-6天，非洲，东欧地区7-10日DHL可完成清关派送， 如因清关资料不完备而引起清关延误，则另算。但一切以DHL实际操作为准，
我司概不对因各种原因引起的延误问题承担任何责任及承担任何赔偿。
L.请提前提供详细正确的收件人地址，电话等联系方式。确认无误后，货物交仓后，款项到账后，打单员统一下午17：00分出转单号，可上传网记录。
截单时间：周一至周五 截单时间：下午12：00；周六截单时间：上午10：30；当天下午18：00前出转单号，注意：周六交收的货物，不保证当天能出转单号！
周五交收的货件，因晚班港车的原因，周六才能交DHL提取，下周一DHL才能操作，周六、周日交的货物，统一周天装车下港，当天无法出转单号，周一提取操作。
如截单前无法提供文件的，货件会安排下个工作日操作。
二）DHL(DTD)一般贸易出口报关件操作注意事项
1.提供正本中文发票、中文清单、核销单证、合同、报关单；
2.随货提供英文清关发票及装箱清单；
3.独立报关收取报关费RMB300每票，另中港费收取RMB1/KG；
4.因发件人提供的资料不正确引起的报关，中转延误，与我司无关，概不承担责任。
三）DHL-GBHK渠道
1.现金或者预付（深圳下单委托方支付） DHL在始发地提取货物后，确认重量后，先支付运费，后安排中转。
2.香港嚴禁進口的貨物或需要提供相關資料導致貨物延誤或貨物禁止進口導致退回始發地的，產生費用及責任一律由收件人承擔。
3.偏遠地區附加費用：住宅区、偏遠地區需加收偏遠提货費,請自行查詢,收費標準
