On Dec 2004, Sunny Yu and Richard Mak reached a management buyout agreement with Airocean Group to buy back all shares held by the group.
Today, AOE has an independent logistics network covers Hong Kong and 6 stations/ branches in China. We are IATA accredited freight forwarder in Hong Kong; “Class One” license holder in Mainland China. Internationally, we have an agency network covering over 100 destinations in Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe and USA. AOE provides multi-models freight forwarding to dedicated logistics solutions, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing and CFS.
